1. Data controller
Menvorix SpA, Tax ID 77.482.913-5, with registered office at Av. Apoquindo 4501, suite 1402, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile, is the controller of personal data collected through menvorix.com, in compliance with Law N° 19.628 on Privacy Protection and Law N° 21.719 modernizing the personal data protection regime in Chile.
2. Data we collect
We collect data you voluntarily provide through site forms: full name, email address and, where applicable, phone number. We also collect technical browsing information (IP address, device type, browser and pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purposes
Your data will be used to: (i) respond to your inquiries and send you information about real estate investment opportunities; (ii) deliver commercial communications and newsletters when you have given your consent; (iii) comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to crowdfunding platforms in Chile; and (iv) improve site security and performance.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent when filling out forms, on pre-contractual measures requested by you, and on compliance with legal obligations applicable to Menvorix SpA.
5. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and, thereafter, for the applicable statutory limitation periods. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you request to opt out.
6. Recipients and transfers
Your data is not sold to third parties. We may share it with technology service providers (hosting, email, analytics) that act as data processors under contract. For international transfers, we require safeguards equivalent to those provided by Chilean law.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability and blocking by writing to privacy@menvorix.com. You also have the right to file complaints with the Chilean Personal Data Protection Agency once it is operational, or with the Courts of Justice.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and role-based access controls.
