1. Identification of the operator
The site menvorix.com is operated by Menvorix SpA, Tax ID 77.482.913-5, with commercial address at Av. Apoquindo 4501, suite 1402, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile, registered with the Santiago Commercial Registry on Folio 12,487 N° 8,231 of 2022.
2. Purpose
These Terms govern access to and use of the menvorix.com website, as well as the informational and lead-capture services for investments in real estate projects under the crowdlending model. Effective participation in any operation requires signing specific contracts separately.
3. Regulatory framework
Menvorix SpA is registered with the Financial Market Commission of Chile under registration INV-2024-0427 as a Crowdfunding Platform, pursuant to Law N° 21.521 (Fintec Law) and its complementary regulations.
4. Nature of the information
Site content is for informational purposes and does not constitute financial, legal or tax advice. Estimated returns are projections based on project assumptions and do not represent return commitments. Real estate investments carry risk, including the total loss of invested capital.
5. Registration and accuracy
By completing forms on the site you commit to providing truthful, complete and updated information. Menvorix may verify such information to comply with anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing obligations under Law N° 19.913 and UAF regulations.
6. Intellectual property
All site contents (texts, graphics, logos, code and designs) are owned by Menvorix SpA or used under license. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.
7. Liability
Menvorix SpA shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from investment decisions made by users. Nor shall it be liable for temporary service interruptions caused by force majeure, scheduled maintenance or supplier failures.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms when necessary. Changes will be posted on this page indicating the new update date. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the updated versions.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of Justice of the city of Santiago, with express waiver of any other forum.
